I hired Joshua to inspect my future new to me home in spring branch. He was professional, on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. When finish he sent me a detailed report with pictures of all the issues. Best money i have spent so far in this purchase and I would definitely hire him again and recommend to my friends and family.
