Hi Folks. My name is Joshua Lynch. I am proud to be a professionally licensed home inspector in Texas. I have lived in Comal County for 30 years and attended Smithson Valley High School, Go Rangers! It has been wonderful to watch not just my local community, but all the surrounding communities grow year over year. This expansion has increased the need for quality home inspections in my area.

At Comal Home Inspections, my goal is to provide you with a superior home inspection. Every property will undergo a rigorous inspection and you will be provided with a well-written, easy-to-understand report on the condition of the property so you can make an educated and informed decision on the purchase of your new home. I will personally explain to you the condition of the property in simple terms with an unbiased opinion and be happy to answer any questions you have, even after you move into your new home.

I have been fortunate to have grown up in Comal County and have a great deal of knowledge of the surrounding area where I can implement my expertise within the community. Along with being a fully licensed home inspector, I have 20 years of home remodeling experience and I have owned and operated a woodworking business. In addition, I have 18 years of mechanical and customer service experience while working as an ASE certified Master Auto Tech. I take pride in everything I do and truly believe that my customers deserve the very best. I am happy to provide that for you. This is my sincere promise.

Standards and Qualifications

I've been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carry the AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations. I'm ready to put that experience and knowledge to work for you.

We are very pleased with Josh's service and promptness. I called him as we got close to closing and he was able to get us taken care of so quickly. Comal Home Inspections was recommended to me by a friend. I could not have been more pleased. I had a window of time to get an inspection done and Mr. Lynch adjusted his schedule to accommodated mine. He was early to the appointment, professional and did such a thorough inspection that my agent and well as the seller's agent remarked on his work.
